LaLa is no stranger to the entertainment industry, the stage or the microphone. Growing up singing for various bands in the Hudson Valley region of New York, she has made a name for herself.

She loves cooking, dancing, music, photography, videography, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

She is mom to Gio and Giulina and also the owner of The Pasta Mama.  LaLa spends her free time as a licensed New York State animal rehabber.

LaLa is a Crohn’s and Colitis survivor and after several surgeries, also knows the hardships that come with health issues.

She can be found co-hosting the Shawna and LaLa: Life Beyond The Mic podcast show every week.
